Graduate Pass Rates for National Board Exam
Following Graduation, and prior to beginning practice, all graduates must pass the National Board Exam.
The UND PA Program is proud to be oriented to the mission of serving rural and under served communities. To achieve this goal, the program accepts students from rural and underserved backgrounds with the understanding that they will return to their home areas for clinical practice. This is reflected in the first time pass rate.
The NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) pass rate 5 year report compares the first-time test takers for UND to all PA Programs in the United States.

Attrition and Graduation Rate
*Attrition rate calculation: Number of students who attritted from cohort divided by the entering class size. **Graduation rate: Number of cohort graduates divided by the entering class size.
Comments: Each cohort represented in the table above has had two students who chose to withdraw for personal reasons. In addition, the Class of 2020 had two students decelerate into the next cohort.
