Additional Expenses

  • Students are required to secure personal health insurance prior to enrollment and may work through the North Dakota University System if they so choose. The insurance plan needs to cover basic health care charges plus emergency care.
  • Dislocation costs should also be considered including travel costs to and from ND or to areas of clinical learning sites if outside one's home area. Costs will vary depending on regional availability and the student's personal needs. While on campus food and lodging costs run approximately $1500 per didactic session.
  • Upon completion of the Program, there is an expense to take the National Certification Exam. At present, the cost of that exam is $550.
  • Policies and procedures for billing and refunds of tuition and fees are found on the One-Stop Student Services website. (A1.02k 5th ed. and A1.02h 6th ed.*)
