Records & Information Management

The UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences is committed to developing a comprehensive Records and Information Management (RIM) program that will increase personnel productivity, establish the length of time each department must retain its records, and protect the School of Medicine & Health Sciences from litigation regarding its recordkeeping practices.

• For enrollment, transcripts, or degree information, please contact the UND Office of the Registrar at 701.777.2711.

Submit all Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and other general requests for information to UND.inforequest@UND.edu. All FOIA requests are reviewed by UND General Counsel.
