Retention Schedule

The UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences Retention Schedule lists the time frame that records need to be maintained before they can be destroyed or transferred to the University Archives permanently. This retention schedule has been approved by the North Dakota Information Technology Department. Because records reflect activities that are constantly changing, the retention requirements in the Retention Schedule are revised as needed.
