The UND Genomics Core in collaboration with the Epigenetics Group is organizing a day-long training on single cell capabilities using the Chromium system. There will be an introduction to the Chromium system, a round table session for graduate students and post-docs, and Loupe Cell Browser training for the software used to analyze the single cell system. You can sign up for individual training sessions or all of them.
