School of Medicine & Health Sciences announces medical student scholarships for 2020–21 academic year
GRAND FORKS, N.D.—The UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences has announced that nearly $600,000 in scholarships has been awarded to more than 130 UND medical students for the 2020–2021 academic year. Funds for the scholarships come from private sources, endowments, and other awards, and have helped the School lower SMHS medical student debt from well above the national average to below the national average compared with all other U.S. medical schools.
