Williston/Minot Rural Track Family Medicine Program

The Rural Family Medicine Residency in Minot and Williston was newly accredited as of January 2014. The first residents in the program began the residency July 1, 2014. Initially accredited for one resident per year, the program has received a temporary increase to two residents per year in the 2015 academic year. The PGY1 year is completed in Minot with one rotation in inpatient pediatrics at the Colorado Children's Hospital in Denver. The final two years of the residency are completed in Williston. Adventurous physicians and students interested in rural training are encouraged to apply.
