Computational Data Analysis Core

The Computational Data Analysis Core provides investigators with high-quality advanced data analysis services as well as training and resources to facilitate their accurate analysis and interpretation of biological data.

Mission Statement

The mission statement of the Computational Data Analysis Core is to:

1. Conduct analysis of next-generation sequencing data for HPI investigators.
2. Organization of next-generation sequencing data.
3. Train and instruct HPI COBRE personnel in next-generation sequencing analysis.
