Employee Assistance Program

The Village Business Institute's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a benefit provided by UND. The program can help you with financial problems, relationship or family difficulties, depression, drug and alcohol abuse, or conflicts at work. The Village believes that asking for help is a sign of strength. It demonstrates a commitment to improve the quality of one's life.
