The Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (M-CHAT) is a validated developmental screening tool for toddlers between 16 and 30 months of age. It is designed to identify children who may benefit from a more thorough developmental and autism evaluation. This is administered at our 18 and 24 month check up. - Ages & Stages Questionnaires, Third Edition (ASQ-3)
The ASQ is a screening tool used at check ups from birth to age 5. This form is filled out by parents prior to the visit then scored by nursing staff.
