  2. Raelene D. Zospah, M.D.: PG I Preliminary. Born in Shiprock, N.M. Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Montana State University in Bozemen, Mont. Medical school: University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Albuquerque, N.M.

  3. Trent G. Waage, M.D.: PG II Preliminary. Born in Aberdeen, S.D. Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, S.D. Medical school: University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine, Vermillion, S.D.

  4. Brian L. Johnson, M.D.: PG I Categorical. Born in Grand Forks, N.D. Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from UND in Grand Forks. Medical school: UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences, Grand Forks.
