Interprofessional Student Community-based Learning Experiences (ISCLE)
The ISCLE program was developed to help translate Interprofessional Education concepts to a clinical environment.
The goal of ISCLE is thus to build interprofessional activity into existing student clinical experiences with an emphasis on normal student workflow at rural (perhaps critical access) sites. Through this program the SMHS faculty expects students will gain increased knowledge and skills regarding interprofessional team care by forming teams with other students “on the ground” at a clinical site.
