About Education Resources
Education Resources is an administrative unit of the School of Medicine & Health Sciences that is charged with two functions:
Education Resources' Medical Curriculum core develops, administers, manages, and evaluates the medical education programs
of the school, focusing on patient-centered learning in medical education and performance-based
assessment of professional competence. This also includes the implementation of educational
policies approved by the Medical Curriculum Committee (MCC), the management of standardized
patients for the curriculum, and management of medical curriculum assessment practices.
Teaching, Learning, and Scholarship
Education Resources' Teaching, Learning, and Scholarship core provides a wide range of faculty development and consultation services in order to promote the design and delivery of effective curriculum across the school.
